Our knowledgable, long-serving staff are highly experienced in engineering and manufacturing, with expertise across both CNC and manually-operated machining.
They play a key role at DPC including helping to train our younger staff and apprentices, passing on traditional engineering skills to enhance the new techiniques promoted by the latest technology.
We work with highly respected UK training providers including Oldham Traning Centre, Solid Cam and National Physical Laboratory to provide formal vocational qualifications which enhance the in-house training provided.
All DPC apprentices follow the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship programme and have the opportunity to work on the most advanced machines. Our investment in high-quality and comprehensive training serves to ensure we have the next generation of skilled staff to satisfy the future demands of our customers.
Other key members of staff include our Works and Tooling Manager who brings a wealth of knowledge in technical tooling and workholding and our dynamic Production Manager, risen through the ranks since joining DPC as an apprentice, he now uses his extensive manufacturing knowledge to oversee the smooth running of the production processes.
They are keen problem solvers and actively seek out new manufacturing techniques ensuring our customers benefit from the latest developments in engineering.
DPC is a progressive, family-owned business. We understand the value of professional, skilled and committed staff and offer fulfilling careers and job satisfaction with generous rewards and benefits schemes in place.
