We operate a suite of 21 CNC turn-mill centres, predominantly bar-fed with driven tooling, and three vertical machining centres for secondary operations. Our facility is equipped with high-performance machines from Mazak and Citizen, including the Quick Turn Nexus 200-II MSY and the high-precision Citizen M32, giving us the flexibility to machine a wide range of materials, diameters, and part complexities.
We’ve recently expanded our factory floor by nearly 50%, part of a £1.2 million investment in new equipment, space and infrastructure. That growth ensures we continue to meet rising demand with uncompromising quality and lead times.

Our programs are written in-house by skilled programmers aided by SolidWorks and SolidCAM, then stored centrally for easy re-use and modification. This speeds up setup and reduces cost, without compromising precision.

Milling & Finishing
Expertise
In addition to our turn-mill capabilities, our pure milling stations are focused on smooth finishing and precision detailing. Machines are calibrated daily, and even minor changes in temperature or tool wear are accounted for to protect accuracy.
We also work with a diverse range of materials, including engineering plastics like PTFE, PEEK, acetal, and nylon, which make up around 15% of our total machining output. All sharp edges are deburred, and materials are recycled where possible to reduce waste and environmental impact.
